Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

To begin a return, please email us at noodlecardsshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for sending the item back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email once the refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We’re not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, email us at noodlecardsshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of it.
